We’re looking for Business Controller, Vianor Norway to join our Nokian Tyres Business Controlling team.

Your key role is to be responsible for Business controlling for Vianor Norway and act as a finance business partner for the business organization. Main areas of responsibility are management reporting, financial analysis and financial planning. You will be a part of Vianor AS management team. 

You will work closely together with business management and other stakeholders as well as the business control team. We expect you to already have experience from working in a challenging business environment and skills to support business management and project teams in decision making from financial perspective.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient financial planning and reporting for Vianor Norway 
• Providing information for key decision-making processes
• Participating in business development projects, working in cross functional teams
• Developing processes and IT systems to improve end-to-end visibility
• Willingness to travel occasionally, mainly in Norway

Qualifications:

• You already have some years of prior experience within business control
• We expect that you are a team player with strong business mindset and eager to provide value to the business. You are a driver for business improvement.
• You possess good analytical and communication skills and ability to co-operate in a international matrix organization with various business functions.
• Knowledge of BI reporting and financial planning tools
• You have good communications skills in Norwegian and English and University degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering
