This is a relationship-focused sales role where you will identify new opportunities, guide prospects through complex decision cycles, and build long-term partnerships that create mutual value

Your Role: Driving Growth & Owning End-to-End Sales in Education
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who combines commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in the education sector.

This is a role for someone who excels at opening new doors, following up with precision, and staying the course through long and complex sales cycles. You build lasting partnerships that create mutual value - and you know that in the public education sector, winning comes down to persistence, trust, and a deep understanding of procurement processes and tender mechanisms.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If You: 

  •  Are driven by creating new opportunities and opening markets - equally comfortable making the first contact as you are nurturing a relationship over months or years.

  • Have solid experience in B2B software sales, ideally within the public sector, education, or similar complex selling environments - a strong track record from other industries with relevant transferable skills is equally valued.

  • Have hands-on experience with public procurement and tender processes (anbud), and understand how to position effectively within formal buying structures.

  • Are persistent and structured in your follow-up, managing multiple stakeholders and approval layers with professionalism and consistency.

  • Carry the mindset that drives results in EG: Focused. Customer first. Skilled. Collaborative. Adaptable.

  • Are Proficienct in Norwegian and English; our office is based in Haugesund, Norway and you will travel to customers when needed.
