Regenics is an emerging biotechnology company based in Oslo's Science Park, specializing in cutting-edge wound healing platform technology.

Our advanced wound healing products feature renewable upcycled marine bioactive ingredients and are backed by 20 years of dedicated research. By prioritizing sustainability and clinical value, we strive to transform the wound care industry.

We are now building up our production capacity, including the establishment of cleanroom production, and are looking for a lab technician for a permanent position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical lab work and routine tasks, and who want to help build something from scratch that can help burn patients.

We are seeking candidates with relevant hands-on experience and practical skills, rather than advanced academic qualifications like a PhD.

Tasks

• Production of medical products according to internal procedures and quality system.

• Documentation of production, tests and deviations.

• Purchasing, receipt control and inventory management.

• Performing laboratory analyses and tests according to internal procedures.

• Practical operational tasks in the lab and cleanroom.

• Contribute to establishment of routines for cleanroom, laboratories and HSE.

• Contribute to validation work.

Qualifications

• Relevant education, e.g. laboratory technician, lab engineer, or bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biomedicine, chemistry or similar

• Good oral and written presentation skills English

• Good technical understanding

• Experience working in cleanroom

• Experience with work in accordance with a quality system is an advantage

Personal qualities

• Accurate, quality-conscious, systematic and understanding the importance of documenting work

• Comfortable with routine work

• Interest in production and quality work in a regulated environment

• Self-motivated and responsible

• Good collaboration skills

• Contributes to a good and inclusive working environment characterized by collaboration and commitment
