Employer Branding Specialist
We are seeking an Education & Employer Branding Specialist who is passionate about connecting people, purpose and future opportunities. In this role you bring a genuine interest in engaging with students and early career talent, and strong drive to position Kongsberg Discovery as an employer of choice. You build trustworthy relationships and take ownership of developing impactful programs and experiences.
With a structured and proactive approach, you ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand across all touchpoints. You contribute to a sustainable pipeline of future competencies aligned with our business and people strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop student apprentice and early-career programs, including internships, thesis collaborations, Næringslivsbachelor, Industrial Master, and internal development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with students, student organizations, academic institutions and other relevant professional communities.
- Plan, coordinate and represent the company at career fairs, events and outreach activities to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- Ensure a consistent an attractive employer branding across all relevant channels and touchpoints, including career pages, social media and events in close collaboration with Communication and Marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, corporate employer branding teams and business units to align initiatives with overall strategy.
- Drive coordination, follow-ups and continuous improvements of programs and initiatives based on feedback, insight and business needs.
- Take ownership of selected internal initiatives, including global responsibility for connecting welfare programs.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in HR, Communication, business administration, or similar.
- Experience working with employer branding and/or talent attraction.
- Strong interest in people
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Norwegian is an advantage).
