ABB is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement & Logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring reliable deliveries, efficient processes, and high-quality supplier performance. 

This position reports to: Procurement Manager

 About the role 

You will work at the interface between suppliers, logistics, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that ABB meets its commitments on quality, cost, and delivery. The role offers a good balance of operational responsibility and continuous improvement of work. 

 Your responsibilities 

• Execute purchasing and logistics activities to ensure project execution with quality, cost efficiency, and on-time deliveries. 

• Maintain close dialogue with suppliers and resolve issues related to delivery, cost, and quality 

• Support local sourcing activities and contribute to supplier selection and evaluation 

• Track and analyze KPIs related to supplier and internal performance 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes 

 Your background 

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience from procurement, logistics, or supply chain 

• Structured and able to work independently 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills 

• Experience with supplier follow-up is an advantage 

• Fluency in English, written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
