I used 15ml of Black Opium Le Parfum YSL ( out of 30 ) You are buying 15ml, it is a dark bottle and you cannot see the juice inside of the bottle, you will have to trust me.

Vanilla Oud | 36 by Kayali is a warm, creamy vanilla fragrance wrapped in soft oud and amber-like spice. It’s not a harsh oud or a sticky sweet vanilla — it sits right in the middle: cozy, slightly smoky, elegant, and very “luxury dessert in a velvet room.”
The scent opens with a warm sweetness:
* Praline gives a caramelised, nutty sugar feel
* Saffron adds a soft golden spice (not sharp, more smooth and leathery-warm)
* Pear brings a juicy brightness that quickly fades
Very soon, it turns into the heart:
* Bulgarian rose — soft, romantic, and blended into the background rather than dominant
* The florals are there to lift the sweetness, not make it powdery or perfumey
Then comes the signature drydown:
* Vanilla sugar — creamy, slightly toasted, not synthetic candy-sweet
* Oud — very smooth and soft, more like woody incense than animalic smoke
* White musk & cashmere wood — clean, skin-like warmth that makes it feel soft and wearable
Black Opium Le Parfum is the richest, most vanilla-heavy version of the Black Opium line. It smells like a dark café dessert drink — sweet vanilla cream poured over bitter coffee, wrapped in white florals and glowing warmth.
The opening is immediately recognizable:
* Black coffee accord → deep, roasted, slightly bitter, but softened here compared to the original
* A touch of white florals (jasmine/orange blossom) → airy, feminine lift rather than sharp floral dominance
Very quickly, the vanilla takes over — and this is the core of the fragrance:
* a quartet of vanillas (bourbon, creamy, woody, and sugary facets)
* smooth, thick, and almost “milky” in texture
* more dessert-like than the original Black Opium
As it dries down, it becomes:
* warm vanilla cream
* soft coffee in the background
* subtle musk and patchouli giving it depth without making it too dark
The overall impression:
* sweet coffee latte with vanilla foam
* cozy but seductive
* warm skin, black lace, nighttime city energy
* less sharp than the EDP, more rounded and creamy
Compared with the other Black Opium versions:
* Black Opium EDP → brighter pear + stronger coffee kick
* Le Parfum → smoother, thicker vanilla focus, more “dessert gourmand”
* Extreme / Glitter variants → more experimental or floral-heavy.
