You will be working closely with the sales team in each of the four Nordic countries to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.
As Product Manager you will have commercial and strategic responsibility for the product portfolio and sales strategy across Nordic markets and channels.
This role is based at Elkjøp Nordic's headquarters in Nydalen, Oslo.
You will also:
- Lead the full product lifecycle across four Nordic markets — including buying, ranging, campaign planning and product launches.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing and after-sales teams to deliver relevant customer experiences and successful product launches.
- Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and develop the portfolio continuously.
- Develop and maintain supplier partnerships through ongoing dialogue and negotiation.
- Budget responsibility for sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to optimise purchase volumes and inventory levels.
- Ensure good coordination across departments, chains and countries, with close follow-up of Nordic offices, stores and sales channels.

We believe you bring:
- Curiosity, engagement and a genuine desire to make a difference. You share knowledge generously and find solutions where others see obstacles.
- Relevant experience through higher education and/or 3+ years in product management, preferably in retail.
- The ability to see the bigger picture - connecting the dots between data, context and practical decisions.
- Strong analytical skills - you break down complexity, identify root causes and propose realistic solutions.
- Good structure and prioritisation - you organise work effectively and keep the important things moving.
- A collaborative mindset - you share knowledge, support team processes and adapt well to change.
- Accountability - you follow through on commitments and take pride in delivering on what you've agreed to.
We encourage you to apply for this position even if you do not fulfil all the requirements.
