Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to CEO and Group Leadership Team Glamox

We are full of energy and ready for Glamox 2.0. As a part of that we are looking for a new Executive Business Partner for our CEO, and Group Leadership Team (GLT). This exciting role will partner with the CEO to drive priorities, ensure execution, and support key business initiatives.
This is a high-impact role where success is defined by getting things done, not by title or visibility.

Key responsibilities
1. Drive and lead CEO Agenda & Execution. Support the Group Leadership team.
Structure and drive the Group CEO’s priorities and weekly agenda.
Manage calendar, mail, logistics, and meeting preparation when needed. CEOs interface internally and externally. Organize travel schedules, executive meetings, and details for the CEO.
Participation in Group Leadership meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and push initiatives forward and together with the GLT team.
Preparation of logistics for Glamox board meetings and executive visits
Digitalize to-do lists and decisions.
Supporting and securing the Glamox Oslo office is an inspiring, engaging and great place to work for our employees.
Handle vendors and facility management.
2. Board & leadership support
Prepare high-quality boards and leadership materials.
Coordinate executive meetings end-to-end (agenda, content, follow-up).
Ensure decisions are translating into action across the organization through stakeholder management.
3. Strategic projects & Initiatives
Support or lead cross-functional initiatives (growth, digital, internal improvements).
Responsibility for our key leadership events together with Group Marketing and Communication. (Leadership gatherings, All-Hands meetings, Business Dialogue) both physically and online incl Leadership messaging.
Enjoy arranging events for employees at the Oslo office in collaboration with the Social Committee, including our Christmas and Summer Parties.
Coordinate analysis decision support.
Use digital tools, data, and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Help drive smarter, faster ways of working across the organization.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor or Master Degree, with strong academic results.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant role managing multiple stakeholders.
We are looking for someone at the start of their career or with an aspiration to grow.
Top notch skills in Microsoft tools; Outlook, Team, Excel, Word.
High positive energy and strong drive – you bring momentum and make things happen.
Service-minded and low ego – you take pride in enabling others to perform in a good way.
Execution-focused – you follow through and deliver, not just suggest.
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Digitally savvy and curious (tools, AI, data).
Strong communication skills in English, preferably Norwegian.

Key initiatives move forward with ownership and follow-up
