Job Purpose:
Develop the workshop planning profession and take our logistics execution to the next level.
Interact with all Service Line Managers, project managers and workshop teams lead to ensure utilization of personnel and optimizing processes.
Job Description:
- Contribute to a working environment enabling development of personnel and employee satisfaction
- Foster a lean culture working towards standardized processes and continuous improvements
- Participate in, run, lead and coach improvement work
- Optimize planning and logistics procedures and working processes - especially 0-8 weeks
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a flawless logistics execution
- Develop and maintain the planning profession within the areas of workshop planning
- Contribute to deliveries at agreed time, quality and cost thorough efficient planning and logistics processes
- Monitor the department's budget and schedules
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Active team member of the supply chain team and work to ensure cross functional connectivity.
You are meant for this job if:
- Relevant bachelor's degree within Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience from a planning or managerial position. Relevant experience and skills may compensate for the lack of formal education
- Demonstrate commitment, willpower and courage to deliver on promises
- Engages and inspires employees and customers
- Use facts to make decisions, identify solutions and drive the need for change
- Foster an environment that promotes continuous improvement and quality outcomes
- Personally interested and engaged when it comes to planning and Logistics
- Well experienced in the use of SAP, Excel and planning systems
- Capable of leading and coordinating multidisciplinary work and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a role model according to TechnipFMC's core value
- Able to manage global organization structure with high complexity
- Skilled when it comes to communication and people interactions
- Capable of understanding processes and implementing standards and procedures for Workshop Planning
