We are now looking for a Credit Officer to support our Swedish market. In this role, you will make well‑grounded credit decisions, champion customer satisfaction and help us refine how we work. About the role:
As a Credit Officer, you’ll be part of a close‑knit team of three Credit Officers and a Team Manager. Together, you handle credit assessments, advise customers and collaborate with colleagues across NOBA, including Customer Service, AML and Fraud. You’ll review loan, manage payment files, review credit card and limit increase applications. You will also contribute to developing best practices and training new team members. Your analytical work will be balanced with customer interaction, giving you a well‑rounded understanding of our operations.

Main tasks:
Assess credit applications: loans, credit cards and credit lines, and make responsible lending decisions.
Evaluate customers’ creditworthiness using data and judgement.
Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications across various channels.
Manage payment files
Contribute to process improvements and help develop best practices.
Support onboarding and training of new colleagues.
Collaborate with other departments, including Customer Service, AML and Fraud Prevention.
We are looking for you who:
Speaks Swedish and English fluently.
Has experience from banking, finance, credit assessment or a related field.
Understands the basics of credit and lending, including interest rates, risk and regulatory requirements.
Is comfortable working in multiple systems and can juggle several tasks at once.
Makes decisions confidently and can justify them.
It's positive if you:
Have experience assessing credit or lending decisions in a bank or financial institution.
Hold a degree in finance, economics or a related discipline.
Speak other Nordic languages; Norwegian or Finnish are particularly useful.

Form of employment: Permanent, full‑time.
Working hours: Flexible, with core hours from 09:00–15:00. Hybrid work is possible, typically two days per week from home.
