Construction Lead

Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Construction Lead
Pnr: 23314

Job Description:

• Ensure VE field attendance during nightshift, attend all contractor shift meetings
• Follow up HSE, Quality and work progress together with Contractor
• Lead and assist contractor to look for improvement areas
• Act in accordance with client core values and HSE program
• Client representative during nightshift
• Ensure and assist contractor that activities are timely planned and executed
• Actively cooperate with the project team during execution of Commissioning and Construction
• Plan activities together with the Contractor's organisation in accordance with established procedures and plans
• Ensure activities are in accordance with client and Contractor requirements for "Safe Execution of Work"
• Undertake a review of previous lessons learned and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into project planning

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, long extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• Preferred FROSIO certified
• Minimum 10 years of experience as lead or manager within larger development projects
