I had a flock of 32 hens.... now there are only 17 left. Their ages vary from less than a year to 2.5 years old. Among them, the older are , Arucana( 2stk small), Viking (2 stk medium). The rest are small to medium size hens which are a mix of Cochin, arucana, jærhon and viking. Most the hens have cochin genes and get broody and will sit on eggs very easily. The araucana hens do not go broody. The flock produces small and medium eggs. There is a hen that thinks she is a rooster.... she is for free. Most of them are somewhat tamed and will eat from your hand. Some are more cozy than others. If you want to buy many, I could give you a bundle price. I also have a couple of small houses (around 1m2) if you need one.. we can discuss the price. All the hens are actively laying eggs. Best thing to do is to come and take a look at all of them so you can select the ones you want. If you get a broody hen, I could sell you some fresh eggs very cheap for her to sit on. If she does not sit on them, you can make a delicious scramble eggs and bacon.
