“Please welcome the latest Margasa Joker Double cutaway. This solid mahogany guitar is completely manufactured in the Sixx Gun shop from start to finish, a hand built made in USA tone monster. This Joker features a double cut mahogany body for maximum fret reach, set neck construction, a rosewood fretboard with binding, stainless frets with celluloid pearl style inlays.
Other fine features include top of the line Gotoh Japan 510 wraparound tailpiece in chrome which is fully intonatable. Gotoh tuners keep this lady in tune and all hardware is gold on particular guitar. Controls are truly a thing of wonder. Daniel has a collection of new old stock Sprague bumble bee caps. The result is an amazing tone circuit that can literally go from deep dark Gibson neck tone, to sparkling almost tele quality tone and everything in between. Imagine that, a tone circuit that actually makes a difference in how the guitar sounds.
This guitar features a high output Margasa humbucker in black with alnico 5 magnet, wax potted and silver braid cloth wire. The action and playability of the neck are extremely low and fast and the guitar has excellent sustain and resonation partly due to a solid bone nut, partly due to the thin enamel and oil finish.
Customers repeatedly tell us how "wooden" and acoustic our guitars sound. You don't even have to plug them in and you will hear every note resonate surprisingly loud. This is fantastic when practicing.
