Your Role

As our Technical Expert Concrete, you will be a key contributor to our success in Norway by:

• Acting as the technical backbone of our commercial organization

• Developing and implementing innovative concrete solutions at customer sites

• Supporting product launches and driving market adoption of new technologies

• Collaborating with Nordic and European technical and R&D teams

• Strengthening our position as a technical leader in the Norwegian market

What You Will Do

• Provide expert technical support to sales teams and customers

• Develop and optimize products based on market needs and raw materials

• Lead trials, testing, and implementation at customer sites

• Ensure compliance with EN, ISO, and other relevant standards

• Own product documentation (TDS, EPD, references)

• Represent the company in industry networks, forums, and events

• Collaborate across borders to share knowledge and drive innovation

Who You Are

You are a technically strong and commercially minded professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. We believe you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, chemical engineering, construction, or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical role within construction chemicals

• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and chemistry

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• A structured and self-driven approach to work

• Fluency in Norwegian and English

• Familiarity with another Scandinavian language is a plus

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
