Det er en produksjonsfeil på padsene som produsenten opplyser om, men som jeg ikke vet om gjelder denne siden den er uåpnet:
«We would like to inform you about a technical issue concerning our Clarifying Pads in Face Formula. It has been discovered that some boxes have discoloration in the seal and that the plastic film in the lid may be slightly stuck. This is due to the liquid in the pads reacting with the adhesive in the seal – a chemical process that can occur over time, known as oxidation.
Although this may look unsightly, it is important to emphasize the following:
- The product is completely safe to use
- The effect and quality are not affected»
