Hard Cheese Knife (Left)
This is a multipurpose cheese knife.
• The Blade: Wide and sturdy, used for slicing through semi-hard to hard cheeses like Cheddar, Gouda, or Manchego.
• The Pronged Tip: The "fork" at the end is designed for picking up the cheese slices you’ve just cut and transferring them to a plate or cracker without using your fingers.
2. Stilton or Chutney Spoon (Center)
This deep, shovel-like spoon has two primary uses depending on your spread:
• For Stilton: It is traditionally used to "scoop" soft or crumbly blue cheese (like Stilton) out of a ceramic jar or a large wheel.
