About The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you play an important role in supporting the daily operations on site through coordination, administrative oversight, and structured access management.
The role focuses on managing and coordinating the site, ensuring that established procedures and security protocols are followed. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and security personnel to ensure a structured and efficient approach to site and coordination.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain structure across multiple processes while supporting the broader operational needs of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage site access processes for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Ensure that required documentation and procedures are completed prior to granting access to site.
Maintain structured oversight of access permissions and entry processes.
Collaborate with security providers and internal teams to ensure compliance with site security procedures and protocols.
Support onboarding and coordination for new personnel arriving on site.
Order and manage practical site equipment related to access and daily operations, such as access card holders, lanyards, and similar items.
Provide administrative support when needed, including tasks such as documenting meeting notes, coordinating practical matters, and assisting teams with day-to-day operational needs.
Maintain documentation and follow established procedures related to access management and site coordination.
Provide support where needed across the organization, contributing to a smooth and well-organized operational environment. As a result, some tasks may vary from week to week.
About You:
Skills & Experience:
It is desirable that you:
Have experience in administrative coordination, service coordination, or a similar operational support role.
Have experience with access management, site coordination, or working with security-related procedures.
Work in a structured and organized manner and are comfortable managing multiple processes simultaneously.
Have strong attention to detail and are able to maintain accurate documentation.
Are comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Have a flexible and proactive approach to work, particularly in environments where tasks may vary from week to week.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Strong collaboration skills that promote a positive and productive team environment.
Solid communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and verbal.
