We are looking for a Technical Account Manager!
At Zaptec, we’re on a mission to make charging easy, smart and accessible for everyone. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to strengthen our position in the installer segment across Norway.
In this role, you’ll combine technical insight with commercial drive, working closely with installers to help them succeed while growing Zaptec’s presence in the market.
No two days are quite the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting. Some days you’ll be in conversations with installers over phone and email, identifying opportunities and advising on the right solutions. Other days, you’ll be out meeting customers, running sessions or representing Zaptec at events.
You’ll be a trusted partner to your customers, supporting them in winning projects, designing solutions and developing their business with Zaptec. At the same time, you’ll actively look for new opportunities to grow each relationship and increase our share of wallet within your segment.
What your day might include
Building and developing strong relationships with installers, both remotely and out in the field.
Following up on inbound interest while also reaching out proactively to create new opportunities.
Identifying growth potential within your segment and driving upsell and cross-sell activities.
Advising on technical solutions and supporting project planning.
Keeping momentum in your pipeline through structured follow-up and consistent activity.
Spending time out in the field meeting installers, primarily across Eastern Norway, and representing Zaptec at relevant events and trade shows.

As for the skills required for this job
Technical understanding combined with a commercial mindset.
Background from the electrician industry or similar hands-on experience.
Experience in technical sales, advisory roles or customer-facing work.
Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
Structured way of working and familiarity with CRM tools.
You’re fluent in Norwegian and hold a valid driving licence.
