Would you like to work with food, people, and Norwegian flavors?
At Taste of Norway, we work with Norwegian food traditions in a restaurant with a strong Norwegian identity, inspired by nature and high-quality local ingredients. You will become part of a warm and friendly team that enjoys creating great experiences for our guests.
We are currently looking for staff for 50–100% positions for the period from May 1st to September 14th. Working hours may include shifts, evenings, and weekends. These are seasonal positions.
You will work in a varied and sometimes fast-paced environment, with a focus on service, quality, and teamwork. Your tasks will include serving, clearing tables, customer interaction, simple food preparation, cleaning, and upselling.
As part of the experience, you will wear a traditional Norwegian costume, provided by the employer. This helps convey Norwegian identity and creates a cohesive atmosphere for our guests.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys making others smile. You preferably speak multiple languages, as many of our guests are tourists (English is required). You are flexible, solution-oriented, and reliable. Experience from cafés, restaurants, or the service industry is an advantage, but not required.
What matters most to us is who you are. We can teach you most things, but not the ability to meet people with warmth, care, and a genuine sparkle in your eye. This is a quality we highly value.
