Vi søker Senior Relationship Manager til Large Real Estate i Oslo!
Large Real Estate (LRE) is a key contributor to Danske Bank’s ambition to become the leading business bank in the Nordic region. Large Real Estate is part of Danske Bank Norway’s Commercial Real Estate unit and is responsible for the bank’s largest commercial property clients. We are now seeking an experienced and highly engaged Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Oslo.
About the Role
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of large real estate clients. You will serve as the client’s primary contact, build strong long-term relationships, and ensure their needs are fully understood. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions in a capital‑intensive industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the client team in all phases to provide excellent client experiences
Collaborating with internal colleagues in Danske Bank Group to ensure highcredit quality and excellent customer service
Managing and developing a customer portfolio of the largest real estate clients
Supporting the bank’s growth agenda through proactive client acquisition
Who Are You?
Has 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate financing
Possesses a strong and relevant network in the real estate market in Oslo
Demonstrates solid understanding of the capital market and how it impacts funding structures and real estate valuations
Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Maintains high activity levels and consistently delivers quality
Ensures compliance with routines and regulatory standards
