We are seeking a dynamic Service Support Specialist to join our team at the Nordics branch located in Oslo.
Vanderlande is the global market leader for future-proof logistic process automation at airports and in the parcel market. We are also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses. Our Nordics team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients in the region.
We are seeking a dynamic Service Support Specialist to join our team at the Nordics branch located in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between sales, finance, and operations. Your primary goal will be to drive the process, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for service contracts and system administration.
Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivables.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
Deliver financial support, as well as order administration (third party support)
Collaborate with service contract managers, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient process flow.
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and other relevant software a bonus
Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
Quality-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
