About the role

As a Commissioning Technician, you ensure that electrical and mechanical systems operate safely, reliably and according to specifications before handover.

You will work closely with systems such as:

• Electrical distribution systems (LV/MV)
• Switchgear, transformers and backup power systems
• Control systems and technical infrastructure
• This is not an installation role.
• Your work is centered around testing, verification, troubleshooting and documentation.

Your responsibilities

• Witness and verify testing of electrical and technical systems
• Inspect, test and troubleshoot power distribution and related infrastructure
• Evaluate system performance, safety and reliability before handover
• Report functional issues using our commissioning tool (CxPlanner)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
• Manage documentation and verify correct handover packages
• Contribute to improvements and internal development
• Work closely with Supervisors and multidisciplinary project teams

Who we are looking for

• We are especially interested in candidates with a background as:
• Electricians (commercial, industrial or infrastructure)
• Energy technicians / high-voltage technicians
• Electrical technicians from industry, power or infrastructure

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Have experience with electrical systems, power distribution or infrastructure
• Understand drawings, systems and technical documentation
• Work structured, systematically and with high attention to quality
• Enjoy troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Are HSE-focused and take responsibility
• Are confident in making decisions and standing by them
• Are comfortable giving feedback and ensuring quality in others' work
• Speak and write English at a professional level
• Are willing to travel and work in rotation across the Nordics
