Summary

Manage and coordinate Field Service activities and processes according to project’s contractual obligations for sites.

The PMSI has to ensure that Field Service activities are performed 100% in line with contractual requirements and quality targets, within scope, on time, and to budget.

Promote project opportunities and cost optimization initiatives within his area of responsibility.

 Working and reporting for/to the Field Service Leader.

ROLE

• Manage and coordinate Field Service activities and processes according to project’s contractual obligations for sites.
• The PMSI has to ensure that Field Service activities are performed 100% in line with contractual requirements and quality targets, within scope, on time, and to budget.
• Working and reporting for/to the Field Service Leader.
• Intput to tender. budget and technical solution

Responsibilities

• Advise the team on site according to targets set forth in the projects. Manage quality, EHS, cost and lead time
• Tavel to site for trouble shooting
• Support the develop of the site team.
• Support the Product Line or Field Service Leader for costing and scheduling for Tender.
• Providing quick solutions to technical problems that arise during the execution on the construction site
• Lead the site preparation
• Represent Field Service during the project design reviews
• If requested, support the other Project Managers within own area of expertise.
• Act as “Site Manager” for the projects under the responsibility

Requirements

• Hydropower experience
• Technical apprenticeship and additional education desirable.
• Experience in Hydropower Erection
• Exchange feedback with other Services personnel
• Strong communicator fluent in Norwegian or Swedish
