Enterprise Account Executive
Onix aims to become the world's leading provider of digital solutions for managing safety-critical work equipment. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you secure new contracts with some of our largest international and multi-region customers by understanding their operational challenges and helping them digitize compliance processes. You communicate complex solutions clearly and thrive in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business revenue through proactive prospecting, structured account planning and strong pipeline management. Advise enterprise customers on digital transformation and position Onix Work as their preferred platform. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and deliver consistently on targets. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and represent Onix at relevant events to build relationships and generate pipeline.

Strong commercial understanding and the ability to link Onix solutions to clear business value, especially in maritime, offshore and industrial settings.
A structured and disciplined approach to long enterprise sales cycles, maintaining a healthy pipeline and combining persistence with a consultative, value-focused style.
Desired Qualifications
International experience selling SaaS or digital solutions into asset-heavy sectors such as maritime, offshore, energy, or industrial environments.
Familiarity with Onix Work, safety-critical operations, or similar digital compliance platforms.
Documented track record of exceeding sales targets, closing complex enterprise deals, and building predictable pipelines.
Background from international enterprise B2B SaaS environments, with a proven ability to win and scale complex accounts.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is appreciated, but solid professional experience with documented sales results could be equally relevant.
