Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring that installation works are carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and the project team in all aspects of the production process.

• Read and understand project documents, such as blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications.

• Represent the company, project, and/or department in meetings with clients and project management.

• Coordinate with the logistics team regarding material storage and deliveries on site.

• Identify and evaluate suitable subcontractors for the planned work.

• Perform quality control tasks.

• Carry on safety toolbox talks (HSE TBT), Safe Job Analysis (SJA) and drafting incident reports.

• Prepare Method Statements for installation activities.

• Attend HSE meetings and safety tours.

• Carry out quality inspections together with the client.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or certified electrician (DSB registration is considered an advantage).

• Basic knowledge of fiber optic networks.

• English – professional working proficiency (C1).

• Norwegian is an advantage.

• Previous experience in similar projects (Electromechanical Installations, ITS, and SCADA) is a plus.
