Ocean and Earth provides a lifetime warranty on the Apex, Hypa and Cor_X surfboard covers. This warranty is valid for the product’s lifecycle. The warranty covers exclusively defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to use or normal wear and tear. The decision on whether a product falls under the warranty is at the sole discretion of Ocean and Earth. This decision will be based on objective criteria, such as the condition of the product and the date of purchase.
In case the warranty claim is considered valid, Ocean and Earth may, at its discretion, repair the defective product or if repair is not feasible or economically viable, Ocean and Earth may choose to replace the product or replace the product with a similar one.
To initiate a warranty claim, the consumer must return the product to Ocean and Earth with the original purchase receipt and their warranty certificate, if applicable.
While the warranty does not cover damage due to use or normal wear and tear we can assist with repairs at a fair and reasonable fee. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs associated with the transportation and repair of the product as advised by Ocean and Earth.
