Main tasks:
- Responsible for follow-up of relevant government applications and permits related to drilling and development activities
- Contribute to relevant risk- and chemical assessments
- Support project activities within approved frameworks and concepts
- Support in government correspondence
- Provide consulting in energy management and emission reduction
- Responsible for internal/external follow-up and reporting of relevant environmental parameters
- Ensure the follow-up and exercise of duty of care in relation to suppliers and rig owners
Qualifications:
- Relevant higher university degree and 5-10 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
- Extensive experience related to development of environmental impact assessments
- High level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry practices, Company’s needs and general business conditions
- Fluent ing English and Norwegian, both written and oral
