Digital Construction Coordinator for exciting project in Kvandal (Narvik region)

About the role
CTS Nordics is looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our project team in Kvandal, just outside Narvik. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of digital integration on-site, working closely with project teams to innovate and improve construction processes. It's ideal for someone passionate about BIM and digital tools in construction, who enjoys being at the heart of project execution and supporting teams to achieve excellence.

You will act as the link between engineering teams, BIM/VDC specialists and the construction site, helping ensure that digital models and systems are actively used in the daily execution of the project.

The position is site-based in Kvandal in the Narvik region.

About the project
The Kvandal project is one of CTS Nordics’ ongoing projects in Northern Norway and is currently in an active construction phase. We are building a strong site organization to support the delivery of the project.

In this role, you will work closely with project management, engineers and construction teams to ensure effective use of digital tools and good quality project data.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction site in using digital models and tools
• Ensure BIM models are accessible and easy to use for supervisors and site personnel
• Help teams extract dimensions, technical specifications and asset data from models in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Provide training and day-to-day support for colleagues using digital tools on site
• Collect and follow up project data from internal teams and subcontractors
• Perform basic quality checks of project data before it is used in reporting
• Support model coordination and help identify potential clashes or design issues
• Assist in coordination meetings and collaboration between disciplines when needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience within BIM, digital construction, VDC or similar roles
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Relevant education within construction, engineering, BIM or similar fields
• Experience from construction sites or project execution is an advantage
