Music enthusiast looking for assistants

Adult man residing in Vikåsen is seeking several good Personal Assistance (BPA) assistants.

I am looking for someone who can work independently but also listen to given instructions.

There are available positions as substitute/on-call employees, especially to work this summer.

The working hours are continuous shift work, with 7-9 hour shifts, including weekend shifts (by agreement).

BPA is an equalization tool where one is meant to assist the employer in actively participating in all areas of society. As a BPA assistant, one should function as an extension of the employer's arms, legs, and eyes.

Tasks:

• Household chores: cleaning, tidying, etc.

• Cooking and baking

• Assisting with shopping

• Accompanying on errands

• Practical assistance

• Traveling together

• Personal assistance

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible and can be available at short notice

• Is accustomed to housework and is a tidy and clean person

• Ideally has practical skills and physical strength

• Is patient and calm

• Is cheerful and has a good mood

• Has a good sense of humor

• Has a class B driver's license (not a requirement)

• Preference for female applicants

• Good communication skills in Norwegian or English. (Or both!)

There are no formal education requirements for working as a BPA assistant. We always look for a good match between the employer and assistant. Personal suitability is emphasized.
