About this opportunity

As the Senior Business Developer in Development and Product Management, you will be part of a team with broad experience and knowledge working to meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations. You will work cross-functionally with other areas in the bank to develop innovative products and digital customer solutions. You will lead customer centric initiatives and strategic projects, both locally and in the Nordics. You will be an important contributor to our journey towards combining digital offerings with personal advise, always keeping the customer top of mind.

To succeed as a Senior Business Developer, we believe that you are/have:

• A business mindset and are result oriented
• An strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge current way of working
• The ability to drive own initiatives and projects, across different areas in the bank
• Experience with the agile framework, design thinking and service design
• High work capacity and thrive in a fast paced environment
• A strong team player and have solid stakeholder management skills
• Have strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, enabling you to handle, structure and draw conclusions from large data sets
• Experience with Power BI and/or SQL is an advantage — curiosity and willingness to learn is equally valued

Your experience and background:

• Master degree in relevant field
• Relevant work experience; specifically in business- and market analysis, digital development, product development, process improvement and project management
• Excellent communication skills both in Norwegian and English
