* Design, improve, and administer incentive and recognition programs, including the Employee Share Purchase Program.
* Provide accurate reward data, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making at leadership level.
* Select, negotiate, and manage benefits providers, overseeing plan design and renewal processes.

* You bring strong knowledge of job evaluation, levelling, and benchmarking methods.
* You've managed benefits programs across multiple countries.
* You excel at stakeholder management and balance fairness with business needs.
* You are pragmatic, hands‑on, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
* You communicate complex reward topics in a clear and simple way.
* You feel energised working in a dynamic and evolving organisation.
* You speak and write fluent English.
