We are selling our Cybex e-Priam stroller as our son has outgrown it. The stroller was purchased on Black Friday 2019 and has been stored for the past three years.
The stroller comes with a large accessory package and has always been well taken care of. However, when recently testing the stroller again, we discovered that the electric assist no longer works.
We brought the battery to a store for testing, and it was confirmed that the battery itself was defective. When the stroller was tested with another battery, the electric assist still did not start. Because of this, we suspect that the earlier battery short-circuit may have affected the electrical system, but we cannot confirm exactly what the issue is.
For this reason, the stroller is sold as-is with non-working electric assist. It can still be used as a regular manual stroller, but the electric function should be considered non-functional. The price mainly reflects the value of the included accessories.
