We’re looking for someone who can ensure Ocean Installer’s processes perfectly align with our digital platforms to make the use consistently and effectively across the whole company. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for how our business process aligns and fits together, making sure our tools support safe operations, strong project execution, and our ISO-certified management systems.

• Connect systems and data
  • Lead integrations with key systems (HSEQ, ERP/finance, planning, document management)
  • Ensure we have “one source of truth” for registers, logs, and workflows
  • Support data mapping and integration testing
• Improve and digitise business processes
  • Work with HSEQ, Quality, Projects, DCC and corporate teams to streamline workflows
  • Ensure digital processes meet ISO, project delivery and client requirements
  • Remove duplicate work, manual tasks, and parallel systems
• Ensure quality and control in changes
  • Coordinate change requests to avoid conflicting configurations
  • Support user testing and controlled roll-outs
  • Ensure changes are aligned, safe, and well-tested
• Support users and build adoption
  • Be the escalation point for integration-related questions
  • Support advanced users and contribute to training and guidance
• Collaborate with IT and vendors
  • Act as the primary integration interface
  • Coordinate with IT on security, access, and compliance
  • Help shape the platform development roadmap
