Hi! I have been a tennis coach in my home country of Luxembourg and been playing for over 20 years.
Il be forming small tennis groups of people with similar levels with a max capacity of 4 people (per group). This will give you the attention and play time that you deserve to improve your game as well as keeping the cost low.
*beginners: learn the fundamentals of tennis - forehand, backhand, volleys, Serve, basic footwork,
*intermediate: basic strategy, advanced footwork, refining technique, fine touch, rally development
*advanced: power development, footwork, technique development, advanced strategy, mental work, match preparation.
*performance coaching: speed, agility, strength, conditioning, plyometrics, breath work, power development, fascia maneuvers, human optimization
send me a message with your level if you have any questions or would like to be informed on when the trainings are.
private coaching is also available.
