This is a Sakshama made clone of an original vintage Otto link double ring tenor mouthpiece.
If you don't know who Sakshama is then I suggest looking him up as his work is fantastic and he is regarded as one of the best in the business of mouthpiece makers especially copying vintage mouthpieces.
Comes as it is no ligature or cap but I might have something I can add for a little extra cost.
