As Villani Skostredet moves into a new and exciting year, we are expanding our leadership team and searching for a Restaurant Leader who is ready to take ownership, inspire others, and help elevate the guest experience to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Oversee all aspects of the daily service and reservation management.

• Thrives to work in daily operations and leads by example through a strong and visible presence on the floor.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, which includes handling guest complaints.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, laws and regulations set by the authorities.

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant leader experience in restaurant.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Thrive to work in a hectic and busy environment

• Preferably knowledge about wines.

• Availability and flexibility regarding working hours, including afternoons and weekends

• This position reports to General Manager

• Start date after agreement
