Maintaining structure, design consistency, and organization of email templates, ensuring all communications follow Viking’s tone of voice and brand guidelines across both marketing and transactional emails.
Ensuring seamless integrations with the ESP to support data accuracy, reporting, and insights.
Collaborating cross-functionally to further develop and enhance Viking’s loyalty program and customer value proposition.
