Finance Coordinator "French speaking" - Digital Solutions Global Back Office (Norway Based)
For a client, we are looking for a French-speaking Finance Coordinator for an exciting position in a growing international company.
Are you a structured, detailed, and solution-oriented Finance professional? Our client is looking for a Finance Coordinator to join their Global Back Office Team in Norway!
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing annually renewable contracts on time;
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
- Ad hoc support and administrative activities as required;
- Issue accurate quotes for renewable contracts on time;
- Compliance with company license processes and effective license agreement with client;
- Working with Salesforce Software, Support Teams to manage cases individually through completion
- Manage New Sale/Renewal invoicing and license generation for EMEA, Americas, and other countries.
- Timely follow-up with customers for payment and resolution of invoice challenges.
- Work closely with Growth Teams, Support Teams, and Finance Managers.
- Ensure compliance with company license processes.
- Daily contact with international customers and Colleagues
Utilize Salesforce and systems like Oracle (preferable).
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent French, spoken and written (required)
- Fluent English, spoken and written (required)
- Fluent Norwegian, spoken and written (required)
- Preferable experience with invoicing and contract processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
- Contract process experience is preferred.
- Compliance with company license processes and effective license agreement with client;
- Working with Salesforce Software, Support Teams to manage cases individually through completion
- Strong analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to remain calm and systematic under pressure.
