MK-Drums - Custom Snare 12” x 7” | Birch
Custom snare drum built in collaboration with 121_custom_drums_workshop, adapted from an original Pearl Vision Birch SST tom shell.
The fully birch 6-ply shell was shortened to 7”, re-cut with precision 45° bearing edges, and wax-sealed inside and out. Finished with an elegant Muscato Root veneer, this compact snare offers a focused, punchy sound with fast attack and excellent clarity—perfect for studio work, side snare setups, or creative live applications.

- Size: 12” x 7”
- Lugs: Pearl Vision cast single-point lugs, 6 per side
- Hoops: 1.6 mm triple-flanged
- Bearing edges: 45°
- Vent hole: Handmade aluminum vent
- Throw-off: Pearl
- Heads: Remo Emperor Coated (top) / Remo Diplomat Clear (bottom)
- Snare wires: 24-strand steel
