Help shape the future of healthcare services
As a Customer Success Manager at EG CheckWare, you will play a central role in ensuring that our Norwegian customers achieve lasting value and measurable results from their solutions. You will manage a portfolio of customers within hospitals, clinics, and municipalities, guiding them to use EG CheckWare's software effectively to create real impact, reduce dropout rates, drive usage, and identify opportunities for growth.
You will contribute to the future of healthcare services, with digital patient engagement at the forefront. Our solutions enable patients to participate digitally in their own treatment and take greater responsibility for their health. Our customers, which include hospitals and clinics, can thereby streamline the collection and follow-up of health information.
You will become part of a Nordic Customer Success organization and report to the Customer Success Manager, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your Role: Ensuring customer success and long-term value in digital health solutions
Your main responsibilities will be:
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with your customers in Norway.
Proactively driving customer adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
Facilitating smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing success and value realization.
Analyzing usage data and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities – and acting before problems arise.
Supporting customer meetings, workshops, and events to strengthen engagement and visibility.
Sharing insights with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey and solution mapping.
Advising our customers on how to best implement digital health services.
Desired background and qualifications:
Solid experience from customer success, account management, or consultancy work, ideally within SaaS or IT.
Strong commercial understanding and insight into what drives long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Norwegian and English. Multiple languages are an advantage.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach – you see opportunities, not problems.
Genuine interest in the digitalization of the healthcare sector and patient engagement.
A natural relationship builder, enthusiastic, self-driven, and opportunity-oriented.
Experience with customers in the healthcare sector, public sector, or digital health services is a significant advantage.
