MC Field Engineer in Haugesund

We are now seeking MC Field Engineers to join our team in Haugesund, where you will play a key role in strengthening our capacity and driving efficient, high‑quality execution across both ongoing and future projects.

About the position

In this role, you will collaborate closely with construction and engineering teams, actively contribute in both internal and external project meetings, and prepare documentation for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), including participation when required.

You will follow up work activities at various onshore and offshore locations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to project requirements. The role also includes using digital handover tools to secure accurate and structured documentation, as well as systematic follow‑up of punch items throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Certificate of apprenticeship in a relevant EIT discipline or piping/mechanical/HVAC trade

• Technical vocational college education or bachelor’s degree in EIT disciplines or piping/mechanical/HVAC

• Familiarity with MC (Mechanical Completion) work and digital handover tools

• Holds, or is willing to obtain, GSK and valid offshore health certificate
