The Claims Management Team
When damage occurs during a rental, our users rely on us to provide fast, fair, and efficient solutions.
Our goal: ensure their satisfaction, even in the most complex situations.
You will be in direct contact with car owners, renters, insurers, and partners, and will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our processes.
You will join a local team in Oslo and be a part of a European Claims team based in Paris, reporting to Reginaldo Contreras, Operations Manager Claims
Your role
As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for:
Managing Claims Files: Open and manage claims files efficiently in our internal tool.
Conflict Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve disputes with empathy, fairness, and a human approach.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our partners and customer support teams using our ticketing tool (Intercom).
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements to optimize our claims and user-facing processes.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with our Product and Operations teams on process enhancements and feature needs.
Profile we’re looking for
Experience: A first significant experience in customer service or a related field. Claims management experience is a big plus.
Empathy and Trust: You are empathetic and know how to build and maintain trust with all stakeholders.
Decision Making: You are comfortable analyzing complex situations and making balanced, fair decisions.
Rigor and Detail: You are detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to detect anomalies or suspicious behaviors.
Proactivity: You enjoy improving things and proactively suggest ideas to enhance processes or user experience.
Language Fluency (Required):
Norwegian: Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) to effectively serve our local market.
English: Professionally fluent in English for all international collaboration and internal tools.
