We are looking for Engineers – for the department in Haugesund
Join our engineering organization and contribute your expertise to projects that shape the future of the energy sector. You will be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment that delivers solutions across both renewable energy and oil & gas, supporting the full project lifecycle from early phase studies to detailed engineering and execution.
In these roles, you will work within one or more of our technical disciplines, taking responsibility for system design, technical specifications, and coordination of equipment packages. You will ensure compliance with project requirements, follow up supplier documentation, and participate in relevant testing activities. The positions require close collaboration across disciplines, suppliers, and clients, and call for strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
We are recruiting across the following engineering disciplines:
Process – Process design, simulations, and development of process documentation across project phases.
Technical Safety / Technical Working Environment / External Environment – Safety design, risk evaluations, barrier management, working environment assessments, and environmental compliance.
HVAC – Design and follow‑up of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems, including technical specifications and equipment integration.
Materials Technology – Selection of materials, corrosion evaluations, surface protection, and materials integrity follow‑up.
Mechanical – Mechanical system design, package engineering, rotating and static equipment follow‑up.
Valves – Specification, procurement, and follow‑up of valves and actuators, including supplier coordination and testing.
Electrical – Design and follow‑up of electrical systems, power distribution, calculations, and technical compliance.
Automation – Development of automation solutions, functional descriptions, control philosophies, and system integration.
Instrumentation – Design and follow‑up of instrumentation systems, technical requisitions, and supplier documentation.
Telecom – Design and coordination of telecom systems, technical specifications, and implementation follow‑up.
Piping / Layout / Material Handling / Pipe Stress / Pipe Support – Piping design, 3D layout, stress analysis, pipe support engineering, and material‑handling solutions.
Structural Design / Structural Analysis – Structural modelling, analysis, calculations, and follow‑up of structural integrity throughout project phases.
Architectural – Architectural design, layout development, accommodation areas, and technical room planning.
Civil – Civil engineering design, foundations, concrete structures, and site‑related engineering tasks.
Marine – Marine systems, naval architecture assessments, stability evaluations, and integration of marine operations.
Qualifications
Technical college, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field
Trade certificate is an advantage
Relevant experience within one or more of the listed disciplines
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (Norwegian is an advantage)
