Our Integrations team plays a crucial role in ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly with the systems our customers rely on. We are currently seeking an Integration Support Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and working at the intersection of technology, documentation, and customer impact.
What you’ll do
As part of the Integrations team, you’ll:
- Provide support for tickets and issues that are sent to the integrations team.
- Test new and existing integrations.
- Support the Integrations team development cycle by facilitating and improving communication, processes, and materials used in sprints.
- Write and improve documentation and other materials that allow customers, partners, and boost.ai employees to understand, configure, and build integrations.
- Gain an understanding of external systems to maximize the performance, benefits, and scoping of integrations.
- Suggest improvements to integrations and other areas of the boost.ai platform to raise the user experience for those interacting with boost.ai integrations and those building their own integrations with the platform.
- Interface with internal resources (and in rare cases, external) to understand development and maintenance needs, as well as acting as a subject matter expert for our integration suite.
- Support other non-developer initiatives that involve the Integrations team, such as marketplace listings, RFPs, etc.

- Experience in learning the functions and features of new software and systems.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and Python.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools for document building.
