Meget pen Vintage Sugden Connisseur BD-2 platespiller selges. Hele spilleren er totalt demontert og tallerken, arm, armholder/armlås, av/på hendel og armløft hendel, alle skruer osv er høyglanspolert. Plinthen er renset og oljet og er veldig pen, med en flott farge og glød i treverket. Tallerken lageret er renset og smurt opp. Armen er en Sudgen SAU2 arm som er veldig lik Grace 707 armen, og den er også laget av Grace for Sugden. Pickupen er en Pickering VX 15-D757S med en ny (NOS) ATE stift som passer armen veldig bra. Det følger med Dustomatic til pickupen, og den er montert på bildene. Det er den lille "støvkosten" som er montert foran på stiften for og fjerne støv når spilleren er i bruk. Lokket er rubbet og polert (maskinpolert) og er veldig blankt og pent. Motoren har fått nye oppheng. Den har fått nye In-Akustik dempeføtter som gir spilleren ett løft utseendemessig og passer spilleren veldig bra. Strøm og phonokabelen er byttet til bedre typer. Nydelig spiller og alt er riktig justert og denne er klar til bruk.

Essentially the same performance and specification as the BD1 unit.
The main differences are the larger platform and integral with this is the lift / lower mechanism for the pick-up arm.
The BD2 is designed for sprung anti-vibrational mounting.

Description
The Connoisseur BD1 turntable is a precision engineered product expressly designed to provide a top grade no compromise performance at a modest cost.
Operating at 33.33 and 45rpm, it incorporates a unique flexible belt drive system virtually eliminating vibration and transmission noise.
A slow speed synchronous motor which has a very low hum field is used thus making the unit suitable for use with even the most sensitive pickups.
Performance and reliability being the main criterion, complex mechanisms have been avoided.
Speed change is accomplished manually and can be affected in seconds - a hinged top plate at the rear of the platform facilitates this operation.
The turntable platter is a non-ferrous aluminium casting precision lathe turned to fine limits.
All running shafts are of high quality carbon steel, lapped and polished with diamond dust to a mirror finish.
The main turntable bearing is of phosphor bronze and incorporates a hard steel thrust ball reducing friction and wear to a minimum.
Featuring slim line construction the BD1 requires only 2" of space below the mounting platform.
