We are looking for a Sr. Application Analyst

Job Description

• Oversee the Application Management service within given domain(s) and ensure stable and uninterrupted service for the business
• Manage day to day relation with relevant service providers
• Ensure SLA/KPI are met and that operation procedures are in place
• Provide technical know-how and support to application projects
• Support application projects and review new demands
• Active participate in domain(s) to evolve services
• Ensure proper Handover is being performed by projects

Qualification Requirements

• Manage applications in domain with help of services contracts. Ensure service is according to expectations
• Documentation, ITSM is updated
• SLA/KPIs are met
• Cost is within budget
• Resource usage
• Applications are updated to ensure they will be supported by vendor and that security patches are in place
• Ensure integrations are documented, monitored and working
• Provide budget input for applications in scope for domain(s)
• Update/renew contracts/POs in due time before deadline
• Ensure we are license compliant
• Monitor performance and usage of applications. Follow up degradation of service or reoccurring issues
• Review and approve changes to applications in scope.
• Support business and projects with know how within domain(s).
• Follow up minor enhancements
• Coordinate or participate in smaller projects on demand
• Participate in handover discussions and ensure proper handover is performed
• Relevant degree, Bachelor or Master
• Good knowledge of NCS regulations and standards
• 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Be able to communicate in both English and Norwegian
