Are you interested in learning and development, and digital systems? Golar LNG is looking for a motivated Learning & Development Intern to support the transition from our current training system to our new learning platform, Motimate.

At our Oslo office, which is the main office for Golar LNG’s offshore operations and project developments, you’ll spend 8 weeks working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on insight into digital learning in a global energy company.

We are seeking a curious and motivated 2nd - 4th year student with a strong interest in learning and development and digital systems, and who are currently studying one of the following disciplines: HR, Organisational psychology, Learning & development, Business administration, or a related field.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer and structure existing training material to Motimate

• Support quality and visual alignment of training content

• Assist with organising, testing, and improving training modules

• Collaborate with HR, Training, and other key roles
