Automation / Senior Engineer

Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Automation / Senior Engineer

Job Description:

• Automation design for study and tendering phases for HVDC & HVAC offshore wind projects
• Verification of design from previous study phases
• Define, specify and design automation and ICSS systems
• Development of philosophies, topologies, I/O budget and systems descriptions according to company specifications, Client requirements and local laws and regulations
• Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for automation discipline
• Interface to other disciplines, contractors and client
• Possibility to continue to later project phases, such as FEED and EPC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 10 years' experience from automation engineering in greenfield Oil&Gas projects located on the Norwegian Continental Shelf OR Minimum 10 years' experience from automation and ICSS system design activities and reviews for industry projects
• Experience from Offshore Wind projects located in Europe is preferred.
• Eperience from automation system design in FEED or study phase projects
• Experience with Tendering processes
• Experience and thorough knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, DNVGL and IEC,
• Valid EX-course
• Valid FSE-course
