Technical Sales Engineer - Join a Norwegian Subsea Success Going Global
Beluga Subsea is an operational service company combining Variable Buoyancy System(VBS) technology with skilled personnel to unlock new and more efficient offshore work methods, from increasing vessel efficiency to enabling lifts and interventions that were previously not possible.
With a strong track record and a growing client base in the North Sea, we are now preparing for further expansion both regionally and internationally. To support this journey, we are strengthening our commercial team with a Technical Sales Engineer who wants to be part of an ambitious and exciting growth story.
In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leadership to identify new opportunities, support existing clients, and contribute to both operational and commercial proposals. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong commercial skills while staying connected to the operational side of the subsea industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Assist in identifying and develop new business opportunities in Norway and internationally
Participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Prepare technical/operational and commercial proposals
Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery
We are looking for
Operational or technical experience from subsea‑related activities such as IRM, construction support, commissioning/decommissioning, interventions, or similar
Higher formal education within engineering, business, or commercial fields is an advantage, extensive relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
