About the role 

As a Commissioning Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that mechanical systems in data centers operate safely, efficiently, and according to specifications before handover. 

You will primarily work with:

• Cooling systems and chilled water systems 
• Ventilation and HVAC 
• Mechanical and process-related installations 

This is not an installation role. 

Your work is centered around testing, functional verification, and documentation. 

Your responsibilities 

• Witness and verify testing of mechanical systems and infrastructure 
• Inspect, test and troubleshoot cooling, HVAC and mechanical installations 
• Evaluate system performance, safety and reliability before handover 
• Report functional issues using our commissioning tool (CxPlanner) 
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements 
• Manage documentation and verify correct handover packages 
• Contribute to improvements and internal development 
• Work closely with Supervisors and multidisciplinary project teams

Who we are looking for 

We are especially interested in candidates with a mechanical background, such as: 

• Industrial pipefitters / industrial plumbers 
• Cooling/HVAC technicians (kuldeteknikere) 
• Mechanical technicians from industry, process or energy

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Have solid experience within the mechanical field  
• Work structured, systematically and with high attention to quality 
• Enjoy problem-solving and technical troubleshooting 
• Are HSE-focused and take responsibility 
• Are comfortable giving feedback and ensuring quality in others' work 
• Speak and write English at a professional level 
• Are willing to travel and work in rotation across the Nordics
